Collection Contracts for Your Business
ProActive Health and Safety offer you and your business fixed price annual contracts that will detail and include the drug and alcohol collection section and requorements of your companies "working under the influence of alcohol, drugs and substances" policy (drug and alcohol policy).
Each contract will be bespkke and tailored to your business and employees needs and requirements and can involve one or more of the four following scenarios:
- Pre-employment
- For cause (reasonable suspicion and post incident/accident)
- Follow-up
- Unannounced or random testing
