The health and economy of a corporation are tied together. If the employees are not healthy the economy of the corporation will suffer. This means that the employee should expect to have a clean safe working environment.

This includes implementing drug testing in the workplace. If you do not have drug testing in the workplace you run the risk of accidents and injuries occurring.
